Choose one of the above methods to download your Free-report application.
Once Installed
Once the "Systems Information for Windows", (SIW) Free Report is downloaded it must then be run, or activiated. Once activated the program will automatically retrieve information about your computer. This data will then be transmitted via the internet to Computer Help America Ltd.
The application may request firewall permissions if the transmission is being blocked. (Although rare, corporate security settings can sometimes prohibit all out-going data-transfers.)
Recommendation
We recommend temporarly turning off your Anti-virus program if you experience issues with the SIW Free-Report application freezing. Norton, McAfee, AVG, and Kapersky programs can tend to cause "false-positives", that can in some cases prevent SIW from running properly.
